Hotel Style Group Accommodations
Steiner-Bell Lodge
Steiner-Bell Lodge is our newly renovated 32 room hotel style lodge overlooking the Smoky Mountain’s Greenbriar Pinnacle. Each room has two queen beds (one room has just one king bed), individual bathrooms and private balconies. On the first floor is a dining room that sits 64 people comfortably with a wood burning fire place and covered porch with rocking chairs. Also on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in order to prepare your own meals. Upstairs is a large meeting room that can comfortably sit 120 people in theater set up, also with a wood burning fire place and covered porch. Linen and towels provided in rooms. Televisions not provided in rooms. The meeting room is equipped with a 52″ flat screen TV with HDMI hookup for presentations but no TV service. WiFi also available.

The rental rates are based on double occupancy per room for your entire stay (from 4pm day of check-in to 11am day of check out) not a per night per person fee. Because this is a group venue, there is a two-night stay minimum and minimum number of rooms required in order to reserve.

Vintage Fifties Style Motel Rooms
These seven (7) individual rooms maintain the 50’s Cottage Style with knotty pine walls and hardwood floors. They are ideal for adults, couples or small family units. Each room was renovated in 2020 with a completely remodeled bathroom, new beds/mattresses and new heating and air.
- Rooms #1-6 have a Queen Bed. (each can sleep up to 2 in same bed)
- Room #7 has a Set of Bunk-beds (sleeps 2)*
*Rooms #6 & #7 can be adjoining
Each room has 2 pillows per queen bed, 1 pillow per each twin bunk, linens, blankets and towels (4 bath and washcloths / 2 hand towels / 1 bathmat) are provided. More towels may be ordered 2 weeks prior to arrival at $3 per set (bath, wash & hand).
There are mini fridges and microwaves in each room.
Guest laundry facilities are not available on campus however a very convenient Laundry Mat is 10 minutes away.
Open Access WiFi is available.

Max space for dining is approximately 16 people. Max meeting space is approximately 20.
If your group reserves all seven (7) of the Vintage Motel Rooms, we will gladly offer the Lobby, Dining and Kitchen which is located directly next to your rooms complimentary for your group’s exclusive use for your entire stay (depending upon availability).
If your group reserves less than 7 rooms for your stay, you are welcome to add the Lobby, Dining & Kitchen Option for your group’s exclusive use at per night rate.
